Health Parliament team got an opportunity to meet and interact with Prof (Dr.) Ashima Nehra, an expert in Clinical Psychology from Neurosciences Centre – AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi). She was awarded a gold medal on ‘Guidance and Counseling’ by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
She shared her valuable insights on Psychology and the role of counseling in life with us. Looking forward to her guidance on the project – Mental Health to Social Health through which we would try to de-stigmatize the term mental health.
